Honey and Lime Hot Smoked Salmon
Why not try something entirely new and delight the taste buds with our honey and lime hot smoked salmon. The sweetness of the honey and sharpness of the lime juice offers an exciting flavour which you will want to keep in your dish.
Our salmon fillets are gently rubbed with sea salt before being smoked over aromatic, native oak chips. The temperature in the smoking kiln is then increased to slowly cook the fish giving our smoked salmon an exceptional flaky, open texture. Finally, we drizzle fresh zesty lime juice over the salmon and glaze with golden honey for a sensational flavour contrast.
